Personal data processing agreement (registration):


I hereby give my consent to processing of my personal data by the Rzeszów University of Technology named after Ignacy Łukasiewicz for the needs indispensable to organizing and carrying out the Conferences: Aviation and Space Congress, Research and Education in Aircraft Design, European Workshop on Aircraft Design Education and for publication of post-conference materials. I acknowledge, that the controller of personal data is Rzeszów University of Technology named after Ignacy Łukasiewicz (al. Powstańców Warszawy 12, 35-959 Rzeszów). I acknowledge, that the consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn anytime by sending an e-mail with information about consent withdrawal to the address: ASC_READ_EWADE_2022@prz.edu.pl.



Information clause:


According to Article 13 of European Parliament and Council Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (i.e. the general regulation on protection of data) (OJ UE.L 2016 No 119, s.°1) further referred to as GDPR we inform that:


1. The controller of your personal data is Rzeszów University of Technology named after Ignacy Łukasiewicz with headquarters located at al. Powstańców Warszawy 12, 35-959 Rzeszów, phone no. +48 17 865 1100, e-mail address: kancelaria@prz.edu.pl.

2. The controller has designated a Data Protection Officer to supervise the regularity of processing of personal data, who can be reached at phone no. +48 17 865 1775 or by e-mail iod@prz.edu.pl in each case related to the processing of your personal data and to the use of regulations related to processing of personal data.

3. Your personal data will be processed in order to organize and carry out the Conference: READ 2020 Research and Education in Aircraft Design by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of Rzeszów University of Technology (further referred to as the Event) and to preparation and publish materials related to the Event, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR (consent to personal data processing).

4. Your personal data may be also processed independently of the granted consent in relation to redress and defense of claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller).

5. Provision of data is voluntary, however also indispensable for the achievement of the objectives, for which the data is collected. The refusal of data provision (refusal of consent for data processing) is equivalent to the lack of possibility to take part in the registration process for the Event, and at the same time no possibility to participate in the Event itself.

6. Your personal data may be shared to the third parties – organizers of events connected with the Event and in cases complying to the provisions of the law.

7. Your personal data will not be provided to transfer to a third country or international organization.

8. The controller will entrust the processing of your personal data to an external entity providing financial support for the Event (Polish Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, ul. Nowiejska 24, 00-655 Warszawa). The controller may also entrust the processing of your personal data to other external entities acting upon order of the Controller, e.g. an entity providing IT services related to upkeep and failure recovery of IT systems.

9. In case of pursuit of an objective of organizing and carrying out of the Event your personal data will be stored for 1 year starting from the beginning of the year following the year, in which the consent for the processing of personal data to document the course of the Event was granted, or until the consent, which is a basis for the processing, is withdrawn, or until objection to data processing is submitted, and after this period it will be stored for the purposes and for the period, and to the extent required by the regulations of law, or for the purposes of redress or defense of claims connected with it, and next for the period required based on the regulations in law related to record keeping duties – depending on which of these dates comes later. After the storage period the data will be irreversibly anonymized.

10. You have a right to access the contents of your data, their correction or limitation of their processing, and the right to submit an objection to their processing, or to their removal, as long as it is permitted by the regulations of law, as well as the right to transfer your data to another entity through sending an appropriate e-mail message to the info@read.edu.pl address.

11. You have a right to withdraw the consent at any point in time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (subject to regulations of law) through sending an appropriate e-mail message to the info@read.edu.pl address.

12. You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office) whenever you recognize, that processing of personal data related to you infringes the regulations of GDPR.

13. Your data will not be subject to automated decision making processes (including profiling).
